The objective was to simplify the quotation and ordering workflow by creating an automated system that calculates pricing based on user inputs and seamlessly converts quotes into orders.

Custom Quote Calculator Development
A dynamic calculator form was built that allows users to input PCB specifications such as quantity, dimensions, and technical parameters. Based on the provided data, the system automatically calculates the total cost in real time.
Once the user submits the form, a quote is generated and sent via email to both the customer and the admin.
Automated Quote & Order Workflow
The system follows a structured automation flow:
User fills out the PCB specification form.
The calculator generates the quote automatically.
Quote email is sent to both user and admin.
User proceeds with payment.
After successful payment, the system automatically generates an order confirmation.
Order confirmation email is sent to both user and admin.
This creates a seamless transition from quote → payment → order generation.
Admin Email Customization System
A custom Options Page inside the WordPress dashboard was developed allowing administrators to fully control email communication.
Admin can manage 4 separate email templates:
Quote Email – User
Quote Email – Admin
Order Email – User
Order Email – Admin
Each email template supports dynamic shortcodes, allowing order details, pricing, specifications, and customer information to be automatically inserted into the email.
